Automatically connect Crunchbase with 7,000+ tools

First, we’ve released a Zapier integration so you can easily push proprietary Crunchbase data to the tools of your choice and take immediate action when there’s company activity. Now, you can connect Crunchbase to over 7,000 apps, including Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, and Microsoft Excel.

You’ll be able to use quick, no-code zaps and user-generated templates to update your workflow with real-time company data from Crunchbase. This means you’ll no longer need to manually export and upload your company lists or saved searches data to continue your work. Once a Zap is set up, your Crunchbase Lists and Saved Searches data will automatically update in the selected platform.

Track your progress with a Kanban-style board

Within the Crunchbase platform, you’ll also see Stages, which offers a Kanban-style tracker board to help you keep tabs on companies. Whether you’re tracking trends across organizations or managing your next opportunity, Stages is an intuitive way to monitor your company relationships, track milestones, and plan next steps. You can find it in My Dashboard, your centralized hub for tracking and monitoring. My Dashboard is also where you’ll get alerts about new list updates and saved search additions, ensuring all your most important information is in the same place.

We’ve made Stages and My Dashboard highly customizable so you can adapt it to your needs. You can personalize your milestones and add shareable notes in the side panel alongside Crunchbase’s live company data. On top of that, you can assign tasks to teammates and get notified about past-due items so your team stays on track.
