We currently offer an annual subscription for Crunchbase Pro or Crunchbase Starter. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront in full.

What’s the difference between Crunchbase Pro and Crunchbase Enterprise?

Crunchbase Pro is ideal for individuals or teams of less than 10 that want more out of Crunchbase. Crunchbase Enterprise is ideal for teams with 10 or more people that need a scalable prospecting solution. Access everything you get with Pro plus our full dataset via API or CSV export, Salesforce enrichment, dedicated customer success manager, intelligent email templates, and as many contacts as you need.

What are my payment options for Crunchbase Pro or Crunchbase Starter?

At this time, we accept credit card payments through our website. While we don’t offer a way to pay by invoice, we do provide a receipt after the purchase has been made!

How do I access Crunchbase’s API?

Crunchbase Basic API is available to all Crunchbase users through your integration settings. However, with Crunchbase Enterprise Data Enrichment we do provide a full and unlimited API connection for internal use. If you’re interested in using Crunchbase data directly in your product, Data Licensing is the right choice for you.

Does the Crunchbase Pro or Crunchbase Starter subscription auto-renew?

Yes, annual subscriptions will auto-renew after each billing cycle.

What are the export limits?

Crunchbase Pro users can export up to 5,000 rows per month from their Crunchbase Pro searches into CSV files. Crunchbase Starter or free trial users are not able to export results. Crunchbase Enterprise users can access unlimited exports.

What is included with Crunchbase Pro?

With Crunchbase Pro, you will receive access to advanced search, premium data filters, recommended companies, similar companies, CRM integrations, searchable contact data, and the functionality to export up to 5k rows per month to CSV.
