Crunchbase Pro FAQ

How do I manage licenses?

To manage your licenses, click on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then select My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, in the Pro box, click on the Manage Licenses button on the right hand side. Here you can see the current number of licenses that are in your subscription and each of their current statuses.


How do I add licenses?

To manage your licenses, click on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then select My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, in the Pro box, click on the Add Licenses button on the right hand side. A box regarding licenses management will appear, prompting you to enter in the total number of licenses that you would like to add and asking you to verify your payment method for these licenses. Once you have entered in the number of new licenses that you would like and have verified your payment method, click the Add Licenses button in the bottom left hand corner.

 

You may then go assign these new licenses by clicking on the Manage Licenses button. Here you can enter in the email address for who you would like to assign the new license to and then click the blue Assign button. This will send that person an email notifying them that you have purchased a Crunchbase Pro license for them along with instructions for how to activate their Pro subscription.


Note: If you were invited to Crunchbase Pro and would like to add additional user, please contact the original account owner of your Crunchbase Pro subscription.


How do invite others to my Crunchbase Pro subscription account?

If you have purchased multiple licenses for Crunchbase Pro, you can invite others to your Crunchbase Pro subscription by clicking on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then selecting My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, click on the Manage Licenses button. Here you can invite others to your subscription by entering in their email address where it says “Assignee’s email address”. Once you have entered in the correct email address, click on the blue Assign button. This will send that person an email notifying them that you have purchased a Crunchbase Pro license for them along with instructions for how to activate their Pro subscription.

How do I see my billing information?

To see your billing information, click on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then select My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, click on the Billing Information box. A box will appear with your current subscription plan, number of licenses, and details regarding your next upcoming bill.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, click on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then select My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, click on the Payment Information box. A box will appear with your current stored payment options. Here you can add a payment method by clicking on the Add Payment Method button and entering in your new payment method information. You can also delete a payment method by clicking the “x” button associated with that payment. If you have multiple payment methods stored and you would like to select a default payment, click on the button associated with that payment method so that the button becomes highlighted in blue and then click the Set As Default button.

How do I cancel my Crunchbase Pro subscription?

To cancel your subscription to Crunchbase Pro, click on your account image or name in the upper right hand corner, then select My Account. Under the Crunchbase Pro section, in the Pro box, click on the Manage Licenses button on the right hand side. Next click on the Cancel All Licenses button on the left hand side. A box will appear, prompting you to verify that you would like to cancel your Crunchbase Pro license(s) and notifying you when your license(s) will remain active until. To verify your cancellation, click on the Cancel All Licenses button.
